1. What AirPnP is

AirPnP is a marketplace that introduces people who have a private parking spot

("Hosts") to people looking for parking near an event ("Drivers"). AirPnP only

helps you find each other and communicate. We are not a party to any agreement

you reach, we do not own, inspect, or control any parking spot, and we do not

provide parking services.

2. Not affiliated with Airbnb

airpnp is not affiliated with Airbnb, Inc. We just thought this'd be a good and

fun name. "Airbnb" is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc.

3. No payments through AirPnP

AirPnP does not process payments. Any money that changes hands is arranged and

paid directly between the Host and Driver, off-platform. We are not responsible

for payments, refunds, chargebacks, or any dispute about money.

4. Your responsibility for off-platform dealings

Because deals are finalized and carried out in person and off-platform, you are

solely responsible for your own safety and for vetting the other party, the

spot, the vehicle, and the arrangement. AirPnP does not verify the identity of

users, the accuracy of listings, or the suitability or legality of any spot

(including a Host's right to offer it). Use good judgment and review our

Privacy & Safety guidance before meeting anyone. Be a good community member.

5. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use

AirPnP. You sign in with Google; keep your account secure and provide accurate

information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use AirPnP to break the law, to list a spot you have no right to offer,

to harass or defraud others, to spam, or to scrape or disrupt the service. We

may suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these terms.

7. Listings, locations, and contact sharing

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and prices. AirPnP

never displays a spot's exact location to other users — only an approximate area

on the map. Contact details are disclosed only through the in-app contact-sharing

flow you control, one at a time. Any precise address is something a Host chooses

to give a Driver directly (for example, in chat); AirPnP does not reveal it for

you. You decide what to share and when. In-app messages are retained for 90 days;

after that their content is automatically removed and shown as "EXPIRED MESSAGE",

so don't rely on the chat as a permanent record.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AirPnP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum

extent permitted by law, AirPnP and its operators are not liable for any

damages arising from your use of the service, your dealings with other users,

or any in-person meeting or transaction. You use AirPnP at your own risk.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new version

date, and you may be asked to accept the updated terms before continuing to use

AirPnP.
